Simon Head has been a Fellow at the Rothermere American Institute, University of Oxford since 2005. Head was the Director of the Project on Technology and the Workplace, Century Foundation, New York City, from 1998 to 2003. Head is author of The New Ruthless Economy: Work and Power in the Digital Age (Oxford niversity Press and the Century Foundation, 2003) and a contributor to The New York Review of Books since 1973. Formerly, Head was Indo-China Corespondent of the Financial Times, and US Correspondent of the New Statesman.
